What wholesale means here
You buy cases of vialed, lyophilized research product from stock we already hold. Not a quote on a pallet that ships from overseas in a fortnight. The material is on a shelf in Los Angeles when you order it, which is the whole difference between a supplier and a middleman with a catalog.
Domestic stock against overseas direct
| Question | Overseas direct | Scale Peptides |
|---|---|---|
| Lead time | 7 to 15 days, plus customs | Same day before 2pm Pacific |
| Minimum | High, set by the factory | Five kits |
| Documentation | Supplier‑issued, varies | Independent lab, five measures, accession number |
| Recourse if a lot is wrong | An email thread across time zones | A person in Los Angeles |
| Who holds the inventory risk | You | We do, until you order |
Lead times are what our own sourcing has actually seen, not a worst case picked to flatter us. Overseas direct is the right call for volume buyers who can hold cash and inventory. Most brands under a year old cannot.
Tested beyond purity
A purity number alone tells you how clean something is. It does not tell you what it is. Every SKU we carry is run by an independent laboratory across identity, purity, net content, endotoxin and microbial screening. The certificate carries an accession number, so your customer can verify it with the lab rather than take either of our words for it. Testing is per SKU rather than per shipment; where you need lot‑level confirmation on a consignment, ask on the call. We do not perform or claim sterility testing, which is a separate assay.
US manufacture
For brands that need origin to be real and documented rather than implied, we run a separate domestic manufacturing program with a US facility. It is quoted per program with its own minimums and lead times. It is the only service on which we claim US origin. Everything else in the wholesale catalog is held, labeled and shipped from Los Angeles, which is a fulfillment fact and not an origin claim. Made in USA is a regulated phrase, and we treat it as one.
How an account runs
- Supply call. Thirty minutes. Which of the six services fit, what your site copy has to say, and how fast a first case can ship.
- Review. A person reads the account. Business and research buyers only, research‑use attestation on every order.
- Portal. The catalog opens inside an invite‑only portal. No public product list, no public compound index.
- Order. Cases, mixed however you like. Invoiced by wire or ACH. Confirmed before anything ships.
- Dispatch. Before 2pm Pacific, it leaves that afternoon. After, the next business morning.
What we refuse
Accounts that make human‑use claims. Orders from individuals. Any request to describe the product as something it is not. Each of those costs us orders, and each is the reason the supply is still here for the accounts that stay.
