What we collect
- Intake and account details you provide: name, business name, business website, email, phone, shipping and billing addresses.
- Order records: what was quoted, ordered, attested to and shipped.
- Server logs: IP address, user agent and pages requested, kept for security and to diagnose faults.
Booking a call happens on Calendly, which collects the details you enter there under its own policy.
Why we hold it
To review and approve accounts, quote and fulfil orders, keep the research‑use attestation record, meet our own record‑keeping obligations, and to contact you about your account.
Who it is shared with
Only where it is needed to do the work: carriers for delivery, our payment bank for invoicing, and service providers who host and run this site. Where we make a payments introduction, we share only what you ask us to share, and only with your say‑so.
We do not sell personal information. OpenAI advertising measurement is described below. We send its events with the personalization opt-out setting enabled.
How long we keep records
Account and order records for as long as the account is open and afterwards for the period our record‑keeping obligations require. Server logs are kept for a short rolling window.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we are not required to keep it. Email [email protected] with your request. Please do not send sensitive identity documents by email unless we ask for an agreed verification method.
Third-party services
Our booking tool uses Calendly, and our fonts use Google Fonts. These services receive the requests needed to load their content and use their own privacy policies. OpenAI advertising measurement is described below.
OpenAI advertising measurement
If you arrive on this site by clicking one of our ads in ChatGPT, the OpenAI measurement SDK loads on selected commercial pages. It lets us connect that ad click to a page view or a booked meeting. If you arrive any other way, it is not loaded, unless this browser still holds the ad click reference from an earlier visit that started with one of our ads. We respect a browser's Global Privacy Control signal by keeping OpenAI measurement off.
When measurement runs, OpenAI receives browser and device information needed for the network request, the ad click identifier, and generic page-view or booking events on selected commercial pages. These events help us connect visits and business enquiries to our ChatGPT ads.
Our integration provides no customer identifiers or customer hashes to the SDK. The generic
events we add do not contain form fields, names, email addresses, phone numbers, specific product
details or health information. The SDK is not loaded while application form fields are present.
We send events with opt_out enabled to prevent their use for future user-level
personalization.
When you arrive from an ad and book a meeting, the booking also carries that ad's campaign tags, such as the ad source and which ad it was, so we can tell which ad a meeting came from. It never carries the ad click identifier or anything you type.
If you request the starter guide, we store the email address and company name you enter so our supply team can follow up about supply. That is kept on our own systems and is not sent to OpenAI; for a visit that started from one of our ads, only the generic fact that a guide was requested is measured.
You can turn measurement off at any time: open Privacy choices below and choose No thanks. Choosing Allow measurement keeps it on for every visit. Your selection is stored locally in this browser for up to 180 days. Turning measurement off stops future measurement; it does not undo events already sent. If local storage is unavailable, we do not retain the choice between visits.
Your choice applies to the Scale site; the partner portal has its own Privacy choices, and withdrawing permission on one site does not withdraw it on the other.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date on this page.
