Why the category is hard to bank
Instant‑approval platforms prohibit research chemicals outright. An approval at signup is automated underwriting that has not looked at the account yet; when manual review arrives the account is terminated, funds are commonly held for months, and a termination can produce a MATCH listing that makes underwriting substantially harder for roughly five years. In 2026 Mastercard’s BRAM program was updated to address research peptides directly. The acquirers that were relaxed two years ago now underwrite strictly or have left.
What we do
| We do | We never do |
|---|---|
| Introduce you to acquirers and registered ISOs that knowingly underwrite research product, with the correct merchant category. | Run your card volume through our merchant account. That is transaction laundering. |
| Help assemble the underwriting file: entity documents, the compliant website, fulfillment and tracking evidence, the reserve plan. | Miscode the merchant category or describe the product as something else to get a file through. |
| Read your storefront the way an underwriter will, before they do. | Aggregate merchants under one account or split volume across entities to stay under monitoring. |
| Tell you the answer is no when it is. | Promise an approval. The bank decides, and nobody honest says otherwise. |
What an underwriter actually opens
- Your website. Research language on every page, no dosing, no outcomes, a research‑use attestation at checkout, a real returns policy and real contact details.
- Your entity. Formation documents, ownership, a bank account in the business name.
- Your fulfillment. Tracked shipping on every parcel. Untracked delivery makes every dispute unwinnable and underwriters know it.
- Your history. Prior processing statements if any, chargeback ratio, whether you were ever MATCH listed.
- Your reserve. A rolling reserve is standard for the category. Budget it as a launch cost rather than discover it as a shock.
If your processor already shut you down
Find out whether you were MATCH listed before you do anything else. Protect the held funds by keeping the account in good standing through the hold period. Fix the website before you reapply, because reapplying with the page that got you terminated gets you terminated again. Then take the introduction. The full sequence is in the answer linked below.
